LASCO Seam Sealant

LASCO Seam Sealant is a high quality non - toxic, natural black asphaltic cement containing no asbestos fibres. It will adhere well to a variety of surfaces. As with the other products in the range, this product is manufactured from Trinidad Lake Asphalt. In this process the asphalt is modified to result in a formulation that can be applied at ambient temperatures with good flow properties that will subsequently dry into a weather proofing membrane

USES AND APPLICATIONS

• Home construction and repair industries
• Cementing down asphalt shingles
• Repairing or patching cracks in concrete walls or old roofs
• Repair leaking drinking water tanks
• Filling and sealing internal joints and seams in vehicular bodies

The cured product will not sag or separate , is impervious to water 

PACKAGING:  available in quart, one gallon and five gallon and drums sizes from Lake Asphalt of Trinidad and Tobago (1978) Limited.
