The Business Units are structured as follows:

• International Business Unit (IBU) – responsible for the development of international business through joint ventures, alliances and the administration of our distributorship network
• Caribbean Asphalt Products (CAPS) – responsible for the marketing and sales of all Lake Asphalt’s products in the local and regional markets.
